Exponaval, the great showcase for defense, shipbuilding and security suppliers in the region, successfully concluded its participation in the International Air and Space Fair (FIDAE) 2024, which was held during April in Santiago on the north side of the Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport in Santiago.

Led by Fisa’s general manager, Rodrigo Lobo, and the manager of Exponaval, Rodrigo Bastidas, the delegation participated actively in meetings, presentations and activities aimed at strengthening commercial relations and exploring new business opportunities in the international market.

Among the most outstanding achievements of Exponaval’s participation in FIDAE were the signing of several commercial contracts and strategic agreements, which ratified the importance in the industry of the exhibition to be held from December 3 to 6 at the Passenger Terminal of the Port of Valparaíso.

“These agreements reinforce our position as leaders in the naval industry and demonstrate Exponaval’s commitment to contribute to the development and growth of the sector globally. In addition, we established key contacts with representatives of companies and organizations from around the world, thus consolidating our presence with a view to the fair we will have in December,” commented Rodrigo Bastidas, manager of the exhibition co-organized by the Chilean Navy.

“We were very satisfied with the results obtained during our participation in FIDAE 2024 and the commercial support of the entire industry. We have already sold more than 70% of the exhibition areas. We are proud to continue to be a reference in FISA exhibitions and we are happy that our participation in FIDAE has been a success, closing deals and meeting with large international companies,” added Bastidas.
