UK Defense and Security Exports secures its presence at Exponaval 2024

The British agency sealed its commitment to the exhibition in the context of FIDAE.

As in the 2022 version, UK Defense and Security Exports will be present at Exponaval 2024. The confirmation of the British organization’s presence at the main defense, shipbuilding and security exhibition in Latin America was made at FIDAE, where representatives of the entity met with Rodrigo Bastidas, manager of the fair, and Magdalena de Castro, Key Account Manager of Exponaval. “We are very pleased to have UK Defense and Security Exports at Exponaval, as it is a very important organization worldwide and has been a key strategic ally for the entire British defense industry. They accompanied us in the last edition, and we will be fortunate to learn about their proposals from December 3 to 6, 2024 at the Valparaiso Passenger Terminal”, commented Rodrigo Bastidas, manager of Exponaval, in the company of Nigel Maddox, Dave Harris and Mark Goldby, representatives of the British entity. UK Defense and Security Exports (UKDSE) is an organization that belongs to the United Kingdom’s Department for International Trade and is responsible for helping and assisting defense and security industries seeking to export their products and solutions. It also maintains relationships with foreign governments to promote the country’s defense and security products. The institution works with the Ministry of Defense and British industry to ensure that security-related products have export potential, and encourages the promotion of UK defense companies, providing specialized support to sell their products. In addition to its international marketing campaign, UKDSE is involved in organizing the UK’s two main defense exhibitions, Defense Systems and Equipment International (DSEi) and Farnborough Airshow, which are held every other year.
